Shipping & Returns
Parcels are packed securely in accordance with couriers, and sent normally next day, with exclusions of special orders.
Delivery of your order will take 3-5 days from clearance of funds.
Delivery Costs are as follows:
Shipping rate under 20Kg = £6.50
Shipping rate under 40Kg and over 20Kg = £13.95
Shipping rate over 40Kg = £19.95
Shipping rate over 60Kg and under 80Kg = £26.95
Shipping rate over 80Kg and under 100Kg = £36.95
Shipping rate over 100Kg = £46.95
Pallet shipping rate over 200Kg = £86.95
Signatures are required to accept delivery, please check your order for damage before accepting the delivery.
Returns and Refunds:
In line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a cooling-off period of 7 working days, during which you may cancel or return your order.
Please note that some items may not be returned to us as they may come direct from various suppliers. Please contact us regarding your specific product. The customer will be expected to pay for the extra delivery charges plus a 10% handling charge on all returned items. Only items unopened in the original packaging will be considered for returns.
Damaged Goods, Wrong or Short Delivery
If for any reason you have:
Any damaged goods please
Wrong items to those ordered
Any items missing from your order
You should always quote your unique order reference from your invoice.
Frost damages will not be entertained as we will not dispatch goods which are liable to damage during frost. It is the customerís responsibility to ensure there is no local frost that can damage materials. We will inform you if frost affects our dispatch, and will gladly try to help with special requests in delaying dispatch due to frost.
Refunds will be paid to the credit or debit card the original payment was made from.
In order to deal with damaged orders quickly we need the following information returned within 48hrs of damaged items being received:

Description of damages
Please attach the original delivery label to this document.
Please email images to email@example.com of all damaged items or supply a photograph.
Please retain damaged items for inspection until we inform you the claim has been resolved.
Important Warning: giving false, misleading or inaccurate information to us or not supplying all the required information may result in your claim not being resolved.
Cancellations: Any cancellation of non-custom orders must be done before the goods are delivered to the forwarder, cancellations received after that point will be refunded less freight and insurance costs.
